Every order is prepared with care, packed discreetly, and sent with the same quiet confidence we bring to everything we make.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in our fulfilment region. Most orders leave our studio within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing may extend to 3 business days — we will always email you if your order needs a little more time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Shipping rates & delivery
We ship to most international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
- Standard — economical delivery for everyday orders (typically 5–12 business days internationally).
- Express — priority handling where available (typically 2–5 business days internationally).
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Discreet packaging
Your privacy matters. All Lemon Story orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product descriptions visible on the exterior. Inner packaging is refined but restrained — beautiful to open, never loud on a doorstep.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Returns & exchanges
For hygiene and intimacy reasons, we accept returns only on unworn items with all original tags attached, in resaleable condition, within 14 days of delivery.
The following cannot be returned:
- Items marked final sale
- Underwear, bodysuits, or intimate apparel that has been worn, washed, or had protective seals removed
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
To begin a return, contact us at Contact Us with your order number. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
