How discreet is Lemon Story packaging?
Very. Outer boxes and mailers are plain with no lingerie branding or product names visible. Inside, pieces are tissue-wrapped and sealed. Your bank statement will show our legal business name only — never product descriptions.
How do I choose the right size?
Start with our Size Guide and measure yourself in lightweight clothing or underwear. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for lace styles with little stretch, and your usual size for stretch mesh or jersey blends. Still unsure? Do your sizes run true to standard?
Most styles follow standard international sizing, but cut varies by silhouette. Fitted bodysuits and structured lace tend to run slightly small; relaxed slips and robes are more forgiving. Each product page notes fit where relevant.
What are your pieces made from?
We work with French and Italian lace, silk-touch satins, breathable mesh, and soft modal blends selected for comfort against skin. Full fibre breakdowns are on our Materials page and on individual product labels.
How should I care for delicate lingerie?
Hand wash cold with a gentle lingerie detergent, or use a mesh bag on a delicate machine cycle. Never tumble dry. Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct heat. Hook eyes closed before washing to protect lace.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days. Standard international delivery typically takes 5–12 business days; express options are faster where offered at checkout. You will receive tracking by email once your parcel ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will try to amend or cancel before fulfilment begins. Once an order is packed, we cannot change the delivery address or contents — please double-check details at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Unworn items with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Intimate apparel that has been worn or had hygiene seals removed cannot be returned. See full details on Shipping & Returns.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. All transactions are encrypted through Shopify Payments — we never store your full card details.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
Possibly, depending on your country. Import duties and local taxes are set by customs authorities and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict exact amounts before shipment.
My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch. If there is no movement after 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
How is my personal data used?
